Welcome to The S.G (formally known as Spooning Goats)

Our small bar is a place to escape the rush of the Sydney CBD, relax, enjoy a classic cocktail or a craft beer and watch the city pass by.

Pretty much everything you’ll find here is recycled with care: the furniture, the glassware, grandma’s spoon collection, the Atari (yes, we have an Atari). Other bits and pieces around the place, like the bar shelves, were built by us by hand.

We also try to keep things local as much as possible; all the beer we stock is brewed in NSW, all our wine is Australian, local artists decorate our walls and local musicians provide the live tunes every week.

What we’ve created is a space where we feel comfortable. We hope you will too.
